Welcome. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Niro pre-launch website (the "Site"). By visiting the Site or submitting your email to our waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

The Niro product is not yet available. When it launches, a separate set of terms will govern use of the product itself. These Terms only cover this marketing website.

Who can use the Site

This Site is directed at parents, guardians, and adults interested in our upcoming product. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to join the waitlist. If you are signing up on behalf of a child, you are signing up yourselfas the parent or guardian — please do not enter a child's email address or other personal information.

Waitlist sign-ups

When you submit your email to join the waitlist, you're giving us permission to contact you about the Niro launch and related product updates. You can unsubscribe from any email we send, at any time.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product, and doesn't commit you to purchasing anything. We may close, delay, or change the waitlist at our discretion.

What you agree not to do

When using this Site, please don't:

• Submit other people's email addresses without their consent.
• Attempt to circumvent, probe, or disrupt the Site's security or normal operation.
• Use automated systems (scrapers, bots, submission tools) to interact with the Site or its forms.
• Upload or submit anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive.
• Copy, reproduce, or republish our content, brand, or logos without permission.

Intellectual property

The Niro name, logo, design, copy, and all other content on this Site are owned by us or our licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You're welcome to link to our pages; beyond that, please ask before reusing our content.

The Site is provided "as is"

We do our best to keep the Site accurate, available, and working, but we can't guarantee it will always be up, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we provide the Site on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind — express or implied.

Anything we say about Niro before launch reflects our current plans and may change. Product features, availability, pricing, and launch timing are not guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Niro and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the Effective date at the top. If the changes are material, we'll make a reasonable effort to let you know — by updating the Site prominently, or by email if you're on the waitlist.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You and Niro agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware for any dispute arising out of these Terms, except where prohibited by law.
